最近几天梳理了一下 AI Grant 的项目列表：
AI Grant 的创始人 Nat 在他的个人主页上写了一些他自己的原则，我觉得这些原则写得非常好，所以引用并翻译如下：
Some things I believe:
As human beings it is our right (maybe our moral duty) to reshape the universe to our preferences
Technology, which is really knowledge, enables this You should probably work on raising the ceiling, not the floor
作为人类，我们有权利（也许是我们的道德责任）根据我们的喜好重塑宇宙

我个人也是觉得，做自己喜欢的，追求智能挑战。这样更容易坚持，不会被眼前的困难打倒。

do things fast，这个我是这么做的，但是我最近几年倒是倾向于，think things slow，Do things fast，在这个维度上 慢就是快。但是迭代要快，我发现我们很多时候miss 的机会是我们的成长曲线不够快。多抱比我厉害的人的大腿

Smaller teams are better
Faster decisions, fewer meetings, more fun No need to chop up work for political reasons No room for mediocre people (can pay more, too!) Large-scale engineering projects are more soluble in IQ than they appear Many tech companies are 2-10x overstaffed

这个表示不能同意更多。但是人才是选拔出来的，不是培养出来的，所以还是需要有一个进入和淘汰的漏斗。但是最后剩下更少的人。
Where do you get your dopamine?
The answer is predictive of your behavior Better to get your dopamine from improving your ideas than from having them validated It's ok to get yours from "making things happen"
你的多巴胺从哪里来？
答案能预测你的行为 最好从改进你的想法中获得多巴胺，而不是从验证这些想法中获得 从“让事情发生”中获得多巴胺也是可以的

了解事情的真相，比证明自己是对的更重要。抛下 Ego，多理性抉择。能做到理性，就已经打败99%的人了。

我的实际感受是，有的时候很多东西无从下手，是因为见识和视野不够。开宗立派难、跟对师傅易。多读书、多思考、多和比自己厉害的人交流。前两天听逻辑课，有些是能力的限制，有些是物理的限制，还有的是逻辑的限制。后两者都是不能突破的，但是能力的限制总是可以突破的。
